The project aims to systematically record the current status of online counselling in Swiss specialist addiction centres that offer online counselling and blended counselling via SafeZone, as well as the counselling processes and the influences associated with the implementation of blended or online counselling at the level of the specialist centres, counsellors and clients. Quantitative surveys will first be used to determine the current status and then qualitative interviews will be used to identify challenges and potential for optimising the implementation of online and blended counselling at specialist addiction centres in Switzerland.
